We train teachers to work in relationship with young people – creating environments which promote engagement, share power dynamics and maintain high expectations. It includes helping teachers to create classrooms and schools which promote engagement and inclusion of all young people including those most vulnerable to disengagement. Train them to assess their progress and understanding professional relationship and boundaries.

There are children from different backgrounds in a school. They all have different ways of thinking. The traditional way is to treat and teach all students in the same way but this needs to change. The teachers need to know that every student is different and has different learning abilities and skills.
